Correspondence for the consideration of Council must be received by the Chief Administrative Office prior to 4:30 pm on the Wednesday preceding the Council meeting.
Persons wishing to appear as a delegation before council must make an appointment with the Chief Administrative Officer together with a brief written submission stating the purpose of the delegation prior to 4:30 pm on the Wednesday preceding the Council meeting.
